Shuz Tung's flat panel display automotive line is mainly used for producing large 3D and complex-shaped protective glasses for automotive displays. It focuses primarily on substrates ranging from transparent / flat to S-shaped / end face C to R-face.
Processing
Once the RGV receives the CST → Move towards the input POS for loading → Place the substrate on the tray pedestal → Retain the dummy substrate → Pre-treatment before coating → Apply spray coat using a 6-axis RB → Store coating equipment (bins, pumps, etc.) → Send out from the coating transfer line → Accumulate substrates on the top layer of the temporary storage table → Dry using a dust-free oven (at 120°C) → Naturally cool down on the temporary storage table (120°C to 80°C) → Load substrates towards the CST and send it out to the RGV once the substrate position is confirmed.
