We have also developed fully automatic wafer macro and micro inspection equipment, which has been widely adopted by semiconductor packaging and testing factories and highly trusted by customers. In recent years, we have actively deployed high-end wafer-level micro-nano measurement equipment, challenging the long-term market monopoly of international giants and gradually demonstrating our determination to deeply cultivate the semiconductor inspection and measurement field.
