Automatic Tray / Carton Packaging Machine, Automatic Wafer Box Cartoning Machine
Automatic carton packing is applied in the semiconductor wafer manufacturing process and packaging and testing industry. After placing the wafer carrier packed with the aluminum bag into the material storage position manually, the label is read and compared with the client database, and then loaded into the feeding unit of the empty formed carton in sequence. Finally, the carton is taped by the sealing unit to complete automatic packaging.
