The Laser Repair Series is applicable to various process modules of thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCD), color filters (RGB), plasma display panels (PDP), transparent conductive films (ITO), metals, and masks, enabling defect repair through visual inspection systems.

This equipment offers customized integrated new development designs for full-size LCD module panels. It combines real-time detection and laser repair functions to achieve optimal efficiency in inspection and repair synchronization. It possesses high-precision defect processing capabilities and a straightforward intuitive operating interface.

For metal mask inspection and repair, the equipment consists of an inspection machine and laser machine (AOI + Laser Repair). Its structure includes XYZ motion axes, CCD cameras, control computers, laser heads, and other devices.

  • The laser device, controlled by XY beam size and energy control devices, provides the optimal energy required for a single processing by focusing the laser beam through lens sets for touch panel processing.
  • The laser processing area is enhanced with bright lines as a reference, allowing the laser beam shape to be displayed on the screen.
  • Operators can control the laser processing area by adjusting the size and position of the laser guide line using a mouse.
  • The laser machine can be connected and controlled through USB data or local area network, and can also utilize the CCD on the device to locate defects for subsequent processing.
  • The laser device is designed according to the safety standard "JIS C6802: Laser safety" Class 1, complying with CE standards 98/37/EC directive, 73/23/EEC directive, and 89/336/EEC directive.
  • Stub sticks can be used to remove substances that cannot be eliminated by lasers and measure the height difference before and after removing the contaminants.
