- Utilize STAGE fixtures replacement & automatic opening and closing for Model Change.
- Fixed cleaning mechanism, utilizing cell movement to achieve the Clean function.
- Roll-up + solvent → primarily targeting insoluble substances.
- Plasma cleaning → primarily targeting organic material cleaning.
- Clean Area: Distance from the Cell Bonding edge to the CF edge ≤ 0.3mm.
- Clean Speed: 100 ~ 250mm/s (adjustable).

Cleaning Position Accuracy X: < ± 0.2mm (3δ), Y: < ± 0.1mm (3δ) (based on 50pcs products)
Real-time detection of cleaning position deviation. If the panel's position deviation exceeds the set amount, the equipment will trigger an alarm.
